This workshop is uniquely tailored to support your body’s stress response and will help you gain perspective and insight while taking steps towards achieving your goals. Plus, as we approach summer we can find balance by incorporating the gentleness of yin.

Led by practitioners, Lindy Burns MA, C-IAYT and ERYT500, and Julia Flaccavento, MAc., LAc. and RYT200, you will be guided through a series of carefully selected yoga postures and acupuncture points to reduce stress levels, boost motivation, and increase physical activity.
