New Moon Treatment
A restorative treatment to encourage reflection and welcome new starts. During this time of depletion and feeling taxed, issues that may arise include fatigue, bloating, low immunity, worry and insomnia.
Schedule your appointment on or around the time of the New Moon – we suggest day of, 2 days before and 2 days after.
Full Moon Treatment
A clearing treatment to help shed what no longer serves you. During this time of abundance, issues that may arise include headaches/migraines, anxiety, irritability, worsening pain, insomnia (trouble falling asleep), overwhelm.

Birthday Treatment
Inspired by the idea in Taoism that you are closest to your “blueprint” or purpose each year around your birthday, this mental and emotional clearing is intended to ground and exalt you for your next rotation around the sun.
